IS IT just me or is everybody else totally super fed up and sick to death of all the roadworks in and around Northwich?

Those responsible must have sat down together (probably a committee), to specifically devise a death wish for Northwich.

Some of the road works appear to have been abandoned after being coned-off. Another thing, why is everything taking so long?

I have never seen a workman, resplendent in hard hat, hi-vis jacket and rigger boots, moving faster than a snail’s pace around these works.

Why isn’t the work being carried out 24 hours a day?

The completion times would be dramatically reduced so that we can all get back to normal again sooner rather than later.

In the meantime are other people (like me) travelling to Winsford, Runcorn shopping city and even Warrington, in order to avoid the permanent disruption around Northwich?
