Lights need a filter system
I WORK in Hartford and this is also where I take my son to school and my daughter to nursery.
Last Friday I sat in traffic from 8.07am until 8,45am. I live in Barnton and this journey usually takes 15minutes.
Why don't the traffic lights at the top of Moss Road have a filter system so at least others get a fair chance?
At the minute Moss Road seems to be an accident waiting to happen.
