Owners should bag up waste
WE condemn the irresponsible behaviour of a minority of dog owners. Most complaints made by visitors to parks are about dog fouling.
CWAC has located 12 bins around the Woodlands. The number of bins is limited due to cost and access by Streetscene. Ultimately it is the responsibility of dog owners to 'Bag it and bin it. Any bin will do.'
