I’M fully aware that Cheshire West and Chester Council are keen to keep cost down when they spend council taxpayers’ money.
However, I think they should have spent a bit more on architects for the Lego box we now have in the town centre.
The Northwich Lifestyle Centre bears a striking resemblance to the Scottish carbuncle, The Reid Building in Glasgow.
Cheshire West and Chester councillors and planners should hang their heads.
