All dogs ought to be like this
I COULDN'T agree more with Michael Melville of Cuddington, Guardian, January 1.
Dog owners have a responsibility to ensure that their pets are trained properly and if there is any risk whatsoever of them going after another dog or cyclist then they must be kept on a lead.
