WHAT have we done to deserve the hideous blue windowless monstrosity in place of the Memorial Hall that CWAC has foisted upon the citizens of our town?
It mostly resembles a giant warehouse that would look more at home on an industrial estate.
It doesn't reflect the character of the town in anyway that I can see.
Is it some sort of death wish dreamed up for us in Chester, or just the unfortunate result of muddled thinking?
