I WOULD like to acknowledge the lovely posties at Northwich sorting office this Christmas.
On Monday, December 8, my other half accidentally posted a bunch of my Christmas cards without addresses and unstamped.
I spoke with Julie at the sorting office who made the effort to intercept the postman who had emptied the Lime Street postbox in Weaverham, where they had been posted.
She personally checked the bag herself until she found and set aside my missing Christmas cards for me to collect.
With all the bad press the postal service get these days, not enough praise is highlighted for these hard workers.
My box of chocolates does not seem enough to thank them for the extra effort they went to for me at such a busy time of year so I would love to publicly acknowledge their excellent customer service and for us all to remember them on these cold mornings.
