If Middlewich has a population of approximately 16,000, with an average family being four, there are about 4,000 homes in Middlewich.
Compare it to Gaza in Palestine, where the average family size is six.
In the last conflict with Israeli forces in the summer of 2014, 89,000 homes were destroyed. That’s 540,000 people homeless, providing of course that they were still alive after the conflict.
That’s 20 Middlewiches!
