Blind leading the blind?
MIGHT one ask why Cheshire East Council is spending money on road signs reading “Street lights not in use”?
When it’s not dark the information is irrelevant, and when it is dark it is, by definition, too dark to read the signs.
Oh yes, and can’t we all see anyway that the lights aren’t on?
