THE phrase, "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" is well-worn.
But, a recent experience with CWAC enforces the validity of this cliche.
Several weeks ago I wrote to CWAC regarding the footpath between the Blue Bridge and Vale Royal Locks.
The ensuing silence was thunderous.
A few weeks later though, via email, came through a customer service questionnaire from CWAC asking me to rate how they dealt with my enquiry!
No, I couldn't believe it either.
They didn't respond to my initial correspondence and now they want me to rate their non-existent customer service Sending said questionnaire simply compounds their shortcomings!
Of course I pointed this out to them in this questionnaire but I have still not received any response both to my original letter and their spectacular own goal with their questionnaire.
There is another well-worn cliche - "is this what I pay my council taxes for?"
