WITH just over six months to go, it appears the narcissistic politicians have slipped back into their familiar sycophantic ways.

Both UKIP and the Scotland results sent shockwaves through the Westminster establishment.

The party conferences however have only served to confirm that it’s more of the same old rhetoric from the same old stagnant parties.

Then along came UKIP, Tory defectors and all. On the back of their European result they have decided to throw their hat into the Westminster arena.

While they were on the outside of the Westminster bubble, their EU-OUT platform resonated with many voters.

The political classes are hoping that after receiving two defibrillator shocks to the heart of their establishment, it is now fully recovered and business can carry on as usual.

While all parties have their hard core supporters there are still a greater percentage of totally disenfranchised voters throughout the UK, especially in the younger generation.

I say to Westminster, discount this group at your peril.

To this end I would implore the young to please register to vote. The next election will be one of the most important in this country’s history.

It’s time for political reformation; be part of securing it.
