I’M fed up with the rag and bone men who come through Barnton using megaphones.

I’ve reported these collectors to environmental health at the council, who have informed me to keep them informed as the use of megaphones is not permitted with their collection licence.

I have been told that the council has told the same collectors numerous times to stop doing this, but they seem to ignore it.

This is a plea to the people of Northwich, please do not encourage these collectors by leaving stuff out for them.

Both my partner and I work nights and find them highly irritating.
