Why are we the forgotten area?
I AM writing to what I call the forgotten estate.
This comprises of Keepers Lane, Wood Lane, Meadow Road, Middlehurst Avenue and Fosters Avenue.
We only see a road sweeper once in a blue moon.
Also, people’s hedges are that high you have to walk off the pavements.
Weaverham is becoming a dirty, scruffy place to live.
It’s not like it was 63 years ago when I first came to live in this town.
