GRAHAM Evans MP says in his annual report that he is against building on green belt land, so why, Mr Evans did you vote in favour of changing planning rules which give planners no option but to refuse applications after speaking to the planning department?
I find it is now nearly impossible for them to refuse due to the Government’s instructions. The only hope is when councillors refuse applications.
Due to the way he voted, local people now have no say in the development of Northwich, so it is now in the hands of Cameron and co.
I also notice that he is interested in military history, so can he please explain how he voted for cuts of 20,000 in our armed forces?
R Williams Northwich
