ON Friday night we decided to brave the weather to see QE11 a Queen Tribute band at Winnington, with tickets we had bought in support of DANART.
When leaving we were faced with the most snow I’ve seen in years. We were struggling to make it up the hill when three young girls, Northwich Angels, came to our rescue and helped us up the hill to the traffic lights at the junction of Moss Road. T hen these three youngsters went on to help another struggling motorist. Thank you girls without your help we would never have got home.
