BLUE Square betting bosses have backed Stevenage Borough to top the table next season.
Under the leadership of new manager Graham Westley, Boro are rated 11/2 shots to finally take their place in the Football League.
Paul Buckle's Torquay United, losers at the play off semi final stage last term, are unsurprisingly second on the list at 6/1.
Newcomers Wrexham and Mansfield Town are quoted at 7/1 and 10/1 respectively.
But two other teams - play off runners up Cambridge United and big spenders Rushden & Diamonds - have been the most popular choice among punters at this early stage.
Dino Maamria's Northwich Victoria are rated 50/1 outsiders to finish first, odds that are halved in a the list for teams backed to win the play offs.
The relegation odds throw up few surprises, with newcomers Lewes (4/6), Eastbourne Borough (13/8) and Barrow (15/8) favourites for a swift return to non-league football's second tier.
Vics are quoted at 11/4 for the drop, neighbours Alty rated evens to go down after three successive reprieves.
