AFC Fylde manager Dave Challinor wins Evo-Stik NPL Manager of the Month

AFC Fylde followed defeat at Witton in November with a four-matches winning sequence that has earned boss Dave Challinor a Manager of the Month prize.

It’s a run of results that has taken the Coasters to fourth position in the Evo-Stik NPL Division One North table.

“Dave has wasted no time since his appointment putting Fylde among the front runners for promotion,” said league operations manager Alan Allcock.

“He is no stranger to winning this award, as he did for Colwyn Bay more than once last season.”

Challinor, whose side tops the form standings after five wins from their past six matches, receives his prize before Fylde’s home date with Harrogate Railway Athletic next month.
