WITTON are confident they can host tomorrow’s Cheshire FA Senior Cup clash with Runcorn Town, but still need help to clear snow from the pitch.
Volunteers, including manager Brian Pritchard, have been busy at Wincham Park this afternoon preparing the playing surface to host the twice-postponed second round tie.
The club has asked for assistance in the morning, from 10am.
Runcorn had been handed home advantage in the original draw, but the weather has twice prevented the North West Counties League outfit from making the most of it.
Kick off tomorrow is scheduled for 7.45pm.
