THE incentive for Witton Albion to progress in the FA Trophy in tomorrow’s replay with Chester is another home tie.

They were paired with Forest Green Rovers, currently third in the National League, or Truro City in a draw for the second round published on Monday.

Those two teams drew 1-1 at the weekend.

A clash between the Cheshire rivals at Wincham Park ended the same way after Brad Bauress’ goal replied to Jordan Chapell’s first-half opener for Blues.

They meet again at Lookers Vauxhall Stadium on Tuesday, kick off 7.45pm, when the clash will be played to a conclusion.

Adults pay £10 to watch the action, while entry for concessions is £8.

Admission for under 16s is £3.

Meanwhile Witton’s meeting with holders 1874 Northwich in the Mid-Cheshire District FA Senior Cup last four, scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed.

A new date has yet to be agreed.
