FOLLOWING a morning inspection, Witton Albion say the pitch at Wincham Park is playable for tonight’s FA Trophy third qualifying round clash with Boston United.
Kick off is at 7.45pm.
The teams met for the first time on Saturday, only for the contest to be abandoned during the interval after referee Benjamin Speedie decided thick fog had made it impossible to continue.
Carl Macauley’s men led thanks to Rob Hopley’s fifth-minute goal.
Should tonight’s game end in a draw, then a replay will follow in seven days’ time.
Chester, from the National League, await the victors in the first round.
