NORTHWICH Sapphires concluded their latest North West Championship League campaign with a victory on Sunday.
A 46-33 win at NW Jays is their third in succession, and secures for them fourth spot in Division Two.
They must now wait to discover if that for earns them a promotion play-offs place.
Port Pulse will be promoted as champions, leaving YMCA Bury as runners-up and Chester in third.
Sapphires’ involvement in the post-season depends on finishing positions at the Division One summit.
“Whatever happens it’s been a fab season and we’ve made progress,” said coach Jess Fowler.
