TENNIS players in Hartford plan to open the gates to their club to potential new members this weekend.
Their Big Sunday Fun Day is a chance for adults and children to try the facilities for free while taking part in a host of games and activities run by volunteers.
Racquets will be provided for those without one.
“This is a chance for people to come and have a look at what we offer,” said organiser Catherine Pearson.
“There will be lots going on and plenty of members around to answer any questions.”
Refreshments will be available, along with a bouncy castle and other inflatables for young children.
The fun day takes place at Hartford Tennis Club’s home on Chester Road this Sunday, from midday until 4pm.
