BARNTON were left to rue two decisions by the referee that they believe cost them the points.

The Town Field team dominated the game for long periods but found themselves 2-0 five minutes into the second half.

Chasing the game, they conceded a breakaway third before Leon Williams netted a late consolation.

"We played them off the park in the first half but my half time talk was about the referee," said manager Steve O'Hara.

"Unfortunately his performance got to us and we were still at the ground at 10pm talking about him."

To cap a night to forget, Barnton skipper Chris Bailey was sent off after the game for taking his protests too far.
