FC UNITED Reserves were held to a 1-1 draw by fellow league newcomers Grappenhall Sports.

Lee Ellis gave the home side the lead but top striker Dan Sissons popped up with a leveller for Grappenhall in the last minute to earn the away side a deserved point.

FC United now sit 13 points clear at the top of the table but second place Club AZ still have six games in hand.

Dave Walsh put Billinge ahead in their derby with Golborne Sports after some impressive work by Andy Ledger.

Danny Martins made it 2-0 in the 65th minute to earn enable his team to jump to fourth spot.
