NORTHWICH rider Connor Behan has two chances to cut down points leader Keith Farmer’s advantage when the Metzeler National Superstock 600 Championship resumes this weekend.
He heads to Donington Park 36 points adrift of his rival for the title.
The pair face off twice at the weekend – one a postponed race from Oulton Park in July – as the series heads towards an exciting conclusion.
However Behan, 19, has it all to do in the rescheduled race when Farmer starts on pole with the Barnton-based ace back on the grid’s third row.
The teenager struggled with an injured wrist at Cadwell Park last time out, riding through pain to score a sixth place finish before a red flag halted the race.
Farmer placed second, outscoring Behan for the first time since June.
Sunday’s action will be broadcast on television by British Eurosport, with the Superstock bikes due on track at 12.10pm.
