NORTHWICH teenager Adam Boyle will step out onto the national stage once more this season after agreeing a deal to race in the Triumph Triple Challenge (TTC).
He will be on board a Daytona 675 for the series, which shares a bill with the British Superbike Championship (BSB) in five of its nine rounds for the forthcoming campaign.
“Everything is set up now,” said dad Shaun.
He will join his son in Spain next week for a three-days test during which the youngster will familiarise himself with the new machine.
Shaun added: “We think it will be time well spent in order to get Adam up to speed in time for the first race.”
The TTC is a one-make series for which each bike is prepped to the same specification, with riders able to adjust the performance suspension settings to suit their individual style.
There are three competitions within the championship – the Michelin Cup, the Newcomers Cup and TDG Cup – to accommodate different age groups and levels of experience.
The five BSB-supporting rounds will be recorded for television broadcast.
The series starts at Boyle’s home circuit, Oulton Park, in April.
