Linotype 4 Rudheath Social 1
RUDHEATH Social’s poor run of form continued in the Cheshire League top flight when they lost at unbeaten Linotype on Saturday.
Ryan Jackson netted for the visitors, but it was not enough to claim what would have been only their second victory in 12 attempts.
They were unlucky in part, striking the woodwork on four occasions before the hosts went in front through Leon Grandison.
Carl Sutton doubled Linotype’s lead, and Grandison made it three after Jackson had halved the deficit with a neat finish.
However the goal frame continued to deny Steve Lloyd’s men in the second half and Their high-flying hosts added a fourth through Sutton.
