THE Cheshire League’s representative team will have home advantage again when they resume their FA Inter-League Cup campaign next season.
Steve Lloyd’s men, conquerors of Northern Alliance in a qualifier in April, have been paired with Wearside in the first round, date to be arranged.
Cheshire, beaten at the semi finals stage in 2012 by eventual winners Jersey Combination, have their sights set on another successful run this time round.
Lloyd will have more time to dedicate to his duties too after resigning as first team manager at Cheshire League Division Two club Tarporley Victoria.
