CUDDINGTON recorded their first league win since September when they edged out Crewe Bentley by the odd goal in seven at Norley Road on Saturday, writes Mike Talbot-Butler.
Ollie Jones grabbed a hat-trick, while Chris Betley was also on the mark.
Elsewhere Sam Riley’s double booked Winnington Avenue a final date with Curshaws in the Crewe FA Junior Shield following their 2-1 win over neighbours Barnton reserves.
Josh Burridge replied for the Townfield Lane outfit.
There will be no final appearance for Lostock Gralam reserves though after they crashed 8-0 against MMU Cheshire in the Crewe FA Cup’s last four.
