Middlewich Town will take on Rudheath's reserves in the Mid Cheshire FA Challenge Cup last eight
HOLDERS Middlewich will have home advantage when the Mid Cheshire FA Challenge Cup reaches its quarter finals stage next month.
The Witches, given a bye past the group stage, will host Crewe and District League outfit Rudheath reserves in the last eight, the draw for which was made this week.
Tie of the round is at Cuddington, where the Group A winners will hosts Cheshire FA Amateur Cup heroes Barnton.
Elsewhere Lostock Gralam host Cuddington’s second string – given a reprieve by the expulsion of Middlewich reserves for fielding an ineligible player – while Winnington travel to Cheshire League outfit Rudheath, the only team to win each of their four qualifying matches.
