Norley launch bid to retain Mid-Cheshire Ladies Bowling League cup crown

NORLEY start their defence of the Mid-Cheshire Ladies League’s Team Knockout title against lower-ranked Hartford A at Moulton on Tuesday.

The champions have won four of the past six editions of the competition.

Elsewhere 2009 winners Wharton Cons meet Section Two underdogs Coppenhall at Middlewich’s Blue Wyches, while the league’s early pacesetters Castle Private A meet fellow top tier rivals Lady Owls.

A total of 15 ties take place at neutral venues from tomorrow, Monday.
