BOWLS: Making draw
MOULTON RBL A, winners of the Mid-Cheshire Bowling Association’s Littler Cup last season, discover who their first opponents in this year’s edition are next Wednesday.
The draw for the Whitby Cup, won in 2013 by Winnington Rec A, takes place too during the league’s annual pre-season gathering, when members receive handbooks for the forthcoming campaign.
The meeting, at Weaverham’s Owley Wood Club, is at 7.15pm.
