1874 NORTHWICH will have home advantage when they resume their FA Vase campaign next month.

They were paired with Tow Law Town, who sit third in the Northern League’s second tier, in a draw for the second round published on Monday afternoon.

The teams will meet at St Luke’s Barton Stadium on Saturday, November 11, kick-off 3pm.

1874 progressed at the expense of North West Counties League top-flight rivals Irlam at the weekend – their third victory in this season’s edition.

In a warning to the side managed by Paul Bowyer and Wayne Goodison, Tow Law saw off higher-ranked foes in the form of Bridlington Town.

They also eliminated Penrith (5-1) and Crook (3-2) on home turf to in previous rounds.
