1874 NORTHWICH players will have to wait a little longer to play again after their Macron Cup meeting with Abbey Hulton United tonight was postponed.
An inspection of the pitch at St Luke’s Barton Stadium this afternoon found an area to still be waterlogged, prompting the second-round encounter to be called off a second time.

A date for the rearranged fixture will be arranged later.
Meanwhile 1874 are now scheduled to return to action in a North West Counties League Premier Division match at home to Maine Road on Saturday.
