THREE players compiled a maximum break for champions Gladstone C during their latest success in the Northwich and District League’s top flight on Wednesday.

Eric Webber, Darryl Fallows and Bob Holness potted all eight balls from a single visit to the table as the pacesetters recorded a 6-1 win at Nectar’s.

They continue to share top spot with Castle D, who matched that result against Castle C the same evening.

Owley Wood sit second after brushing aside Greenbank C.

Elsewhere Moulton Legion proved too strong for their guests Barn Owl E and Barn Owl B squeezed past Gladstone D.

Barn Owl A lead the way in Division Three after a 5-2 win at Green Dragon B.

Wheatsheaf have won all three fixtures too, although they relied on captain Darren Hamilton winning the seventh frame away to Barn Owl H.

The Barnton outfit had drawn level after trailing 3-0.

Witton Chimes B were slender victors against Broken Cross, while Blue Barrel A lost on their own table against Greenbank B.
