Lostock Gralam 2 Egerton 1
LOSTOCK Gralam boosted their hopes of Cheshire League One survival with a win against Egerton on Saturday.
Goals from Craig Smith and Joe Pointon leave Ross Speight’s side needing to beat Maine Road reserves on the last day of the season to climb out of the bottom two.
"That's a huge win for us on a very difficult dry pitch,” said Speight.
“We've set ourselves up nicely for the next week with cup games and the final league game.
“It’s a huge week for the club, let's hope we finish on a high.”
