Finals are up next
WINSFORD Academy hosted Vale Royal School Sport Partnership’s Sportshall Athletics competition for secondary school students.
Teams from St Nicholas RC High School were the star turns, winning in the Year 7 boys and Year 8 boys and girls categories.
Hartford Church of England High School pipped them though in the Year 7 girls’ contest.
They progress to the Cheshire finals at Northgate Arena, in Chester, on Monday, March 9.
Sandiway have already qualified for the county primary finals next month.
