BRUNNER: Rudheath are back in running
RUDHEATH will represent the Mid-Cheshire Bowling Association in this Saturday’s Brunner Cup quarter finals after being reinstated to the competition.
They take on Gladstone at Grove Sports after their opponents in the third round, Nursery, were expelled as punishment for picking an ineligible player.
No other team from the league has made it through after 2012 winners Wharton Cons, Beech Tree and Frodsham Red Lion were eliminated last time out.
