National Martial Arts Northwich members show off their silverware.
CHILDREN from Northwich won more than a dozen awards at a Toyakwai Karate Association (TKA) Open Championship held in Essex.
A total of 20 youngsters represented National Martial Arts, trained by chief instructor Professor Bob Brown and assistant Sensei James Dunne at the club’s Winnington home, at Clacton Sports Centre.
They won prizes in Kumite and Kata events.
“It was a fantastic effort by the whole team who trained hard in the weeks beforehand,” said Professor Brown.
“We’re proud of what is a great group.”
For further details about the club, visit its Winnington Lane home from 7.30pm on a Tuesday or Friday when practice sessions take place.
