Warmingham WI were ‘Putting on the Ritz’ as their December meeting took on a festive feel. The meeting was open to friends and family so there were new faces in the audience. Everyone was encouraged to come dressed in their glitter and glitz. Members and guests settled down to enjoy a sparkling presentation by renowned costume expert and museum owner Notty Hornblower. Aided by skilled amateur models she showed an impressive range of original outfits worn for glitzy occasions, the earliest dating from the early years of last century.
