The AGM at Hartford WI was attended by 52 members and three 3 visitors. The minutes for 2013 and accounts were approved by members and the Secretary gave an account of the various activities, speakers and trips that had been undertaken during the year. Reports from the art, bowls, bridge, darts, dinner, gardening, music and Scottish country dancing clubs were also given. President, Pam Lamb, thanked the club leaders, together with members and committee for all their hard work and support during her first year as President.

The competition was six homemade sweets, judged by William Webb; the Lil Moore Cup went to June Pye for her delicious fudge. Other presentations went to members who entered the monthly competition, the Lil Moore Cup for first place went to Maureen Jones with runner-up Pam Foster, receiving the New Zealand Spoon.

Delegates for the Vale Royal Group and PAL also gave their reports during the evening. Pam Lamb was re-elected as President for 2015. Sybil Graham, Resolutions Adviser and Judith Kennedy addressed members on the Resolution. The Federation had requested a change in the wording and members were asked to vote on whether or not they were in agreement. A majority vote for the change was received.
