A REJUVINATED office block in the heart of Northwich will soon be home to three more new businesses.

Crystal Property, owners of the Northwich Business Centre on Meadow Street, has revealed it has secured more lettings at the recently refurbished building.

Work on creating more suites on the first floor is now complete and five of the new offices have already been let.

The new tenants include mortgage and insurance brokers ‘The Mortgage People’, Manufacturing and Food Industry recruitment specialists ‘Citizen Recruitment’ and estate and letting agents ‘HomeXperts (Northwich)’.

Judith Atherton from The Mortgage People said: “For the past 13 years I have had expensive high street premises but the industry is changing and high street presence is not crucial.

“The majority of my business comes from recommendation, and repeat business. I thrive on service, honesty and treating customers fairly.

“Northwich Business Centre is ideally located for my business; still in the heart of Northwich, easily accessible on foot and for parking, modern, fresh and most importantly a huge savings on high street overheads.”

Mark Carling, director of Crystal, said: “The second floor at Northwich Business Centre was fully occupied within weeks of us making the offices available.

“For that reason, we decided to convert the first floor to small offices as well.

“These have also proved extremely popular and we have had a good number of enquiries for the suites, in addition to the five we have already let.

“Tenants are attracted to the range of refurbished office space available as well as the building’s facilities such as a large break room with free Wi-Fi access and on-site car park.”

The building was acquired by Crystal in 2012.
