No timescale but redevelopment of Northwich will be a 'long process'

THE team behind the redevelopment of Northwich will not be drawn on any timescales for the project.
Catherine Fox, Weaver Valley programme manager, said: “We’re being very cautious about the timescale because a lot of expectations have been raised and dashed before.
“We don’t want to set ourselves up and face other delays – some things are not in our control.”
Geoff Hope-Terry said: “It will be a number of years, it’s not going to be tomorrow. It’s a long process because it’s an ambitious project.”
Cheshire West and Chester Council and the Weaver Valley Partnership hope that a planning application can be presented early next year.
