SCARECROWS were scattered across the grounds of a Leftwich school this term.

The designs, which included skeleton scarecrows and creations centred around a World War One theme, were on proud display as part of Leftwich Community Primary School’s fun day.

The special guests were judged by Northwich Town Mayor George Mainwaring and visitors enjoyed an array of activities including face painting and games.
