A TEENAGER who ‘lived and breathed’ for motorbike racing has died in a tragic crash in Rudheath.

Northwich man Adam Boyle, 19, suffered fatal injuries when the motorcycle he was driving was in collision with a car on the Chester-bound carriageway of the A556 Northwich bypass at Rudheath on Sunday, May 27.

Officers were called to the incident at 9.34pm and closed the stretch of carriageway at Gadbrook Road.

The family of Mr Boyle, a former pupil at Rudheath High School and Witton Church Walk Primary School, paid tribute to their son.

In a statement they said: “Adam worked with his dad as an apprentice bricklayer and also worked at Iceland foodstores last year for a short time early mornings or when he wasn′t with his dad.

"He lived and breathed for his motorbike racing.

“He started racing minimotos aged eight-years-old and has since worked his way up, racing in the National Superstock riding his Triumph and had moved onto his Fireblade this season.

"Since he was old enough to do so, Adam has had push bikes and scooters in bits, putting them back together then looking for his next one.

“Our house was like a local garage where his friends came for Adam to have a look at their bikes and help them with any repairs.

“If he wasn′t working or racing he was socialising with his many, many friends.

"Adam and his sister Emma were best friends and he was just the best with his nieces who love him to bits.

"Adam had lots and lots of friends from primary school, high school, work, racing and just from going out and meeting new people.

“He is known as having an enormous smile and this was constantly on his face.

“He has never been one to sit in watching TV or on his computer but has always been out doing something.”

The family added: "He was the most fun loving, caring, funny, handsome, sensitive young man. “The best son and brother who had a laugh with his mates and would help absolutely anybody at the drop of a hat without giving it a second thought."

Tributes have also been made by Adam’s friends on social networking site Twitter.

David Gee, @DavidGee1992, said: “RIP Adam Boyle what a top lad such a shame you have been taken you will be missed by many .”

Em Warburton, @emilywarburton, said: “Wish Adam Boyle hadn’t left me.

“How will I cope never seeing you another friend gone.

“Miss you with all my heart.”

Jack Ashall, @Jashall10, added after the incident: “Won’t be sleeping tonight.

“Don’t think I’ve met anyone so nice in my life.

“Such a gentleman.

“RIP Adam Boyle.”

A 19-year-old man from Northwich was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and later released on police bail pending further enquiries.

“He was later released on police bail pending further inquiries.”

Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with information is asked to contact Cheshire Police by calling the non-emergency number 101 and quoting incident 1044 of May 27.
