Northwich schoolgirl Dani Rayner wants your votes for TV's Over the Rainbow

READERS are being urged to keep voting for a Northwich schoolgirl who is in the final 10 of a BBC talent search.

Dani Rayner, 16, a pupil at The Grange School, in Hartford, is hoping to win the role of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz in the BBC’s Over the Rainbow.

At the weekend viewers saw the West End hopeful make it through the first of the live shows. Dani, from Whitegate, is also lined up to play the part of Belle in a production of Beauty and the Beast, by Curtain Call Productions, at Crewe Lyceum Theatre. This is set to take place from May 4 to May 8 and for tickets ring 01270 537333.
