CHESHIRE West and Chester Council has published its guidelines for parking enforcement.
Drawn-up in consultation with residents, the guidelines help the council manage the flow of traffic, ensure emergency vehicles have unrestricted access and that parking spaces are distributed equally.
A copy of the guidance can now be viewed at Northwich and Winsford libraries, or online at cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/
