TESCO Clubcard shoppers have hit out today after the supermarket revealed points can no longer be used towards Odeon vouchers.

Previously the loyalty scheme meant customers could get a child's ticket with £3.50 worth of points or an adult ticket with £4.50 worth of points.

But Tesco Clubcard holders received emails this afternoon, Monday, stating this offer would be coming to an end on November 30.

A spokesman added: "If you've placed an order before this date, it will still be valid until the expiry date shown on your partner voucher."

Clubcard points can be converted into vouchers for meals out or family days out as well as money off your shopping in-store.

One angry mum told us she regularly used her Clubcard points for Odeon vouchers.

She added: "I'm gutted they have made this change before Christmas as we use our points all the time for Odeon vouchers."

Another Tesco shopper said: "It seems that bit by bit Tesco is reducing the benefits of being a loyal shopper. Odeon prices are among the highest for cinema tickets and the voucher scheme made it more affordable."

What do you think? Will you miss getting Odeon vouchers with your Clubcard points?
