NORTHWICH’S best-dressed businesses have received prizes from the town’s Business Improvement District (BID) for their blooming good efforts in a recent competition.
Retailers jazzed up their windows for Northwich in Bloom this summer.
Crafty Stitches took the crown, closely followed by Bella Boutique in second and Nigel Bailey Hair third.
Northwich BID officer Mark Henshaw said: “I’d like to congratulate the top three but I’d also like to say thank you to each and every business that got involved in the competition.
“Their designs, creativity and ingenuity were great to see and they added colour and an eye-catching element to the town centre.
“There was a lot of teamwork involved too between different businesses which highlighted the strong community spirit that exists between traders in Northwich.”
Northwich must wait until the end of October to see how it fared in the RHS North West in Bloom contest. A ceremony takes place in Southport.
