FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a scrapyard fire in Wincham on Monday, November 6.
One fire engine from Northwich attended the scene in Chapel Street at 10.28am, after Cheshire Fire and Rescue had been alerted to a blaze involving an oil storage tank.
Firefighters used foam to tackle the fire, before the crew used a hose reel jet to cool the tank.
